The Supreme Court of the New York State Appellate Division Ruled in Favor of the Plaintiffs Dismissing the Appeal

On August 19, 2020, the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division Second Department, affirmed the trial court’s decision in an action with respect to a preliminary injunction on a real estate litigation case. The Second Department ruled in favor of the Plaintiffs, dismissing the appeal, keeping the preliminary injunction in place, and awarding costs to the respondent.
