Ms. Olivia Goetsch serves as of counsel in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Ms. Goetsch has represented clients in high-exposure, complex commercial disputes through all stages of litigation in state court, federal court, and arbitration. Ms. Goetsch is a seasoned litigator with notable experiences including securing a landmark multi-million-dollar settlement, case and evidence analysis for a 15-year arbitration, and representing clients pro bono in proceedings before appellate courts.
Ms. Goetsch began her career clerking for two federal judges, in California and Georgia. Ms. Goetsch served as a Volunteer Attorney for the Elder Law and Disability Rights Center in Santa Ana, California, then later as a Litigation and Health Care Associate for Buchalter in Irvine, California.
Ms. Goetsch is fluent in French and enjoys various interests including Japanese language, thriller novels, and my cockapoo Tumbles.
