Biography
Dr. Emma Li, Esq. is an associate attorney in the Litigation Department of the Firm. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, cross-border litigation, judgment enforcement, asset recovery, and intellectual property.
Dr. Li holds a Doctor of Juridical Science (S.J.D.) degree. Her dissertation, a comprehensive study on the taxation of intellectual property transactions in both China and the United States, showcases her extensive legal research and drafting skills.
During her academic years, Dr. Li assumed the role of Vice President of Master of Laws Association. Her peers voted her as the Commencement Student Speaker. She was honored with the prestigious IUPUI Elite 50 Award recognizing her remarkable accomplishments and Norman Lefstein Award of Excellence for her pro bono services. She actively participated in the Multicultural Leadership Empowerment Program, a testament to her commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in broader society.
