Biography

Mr. Mizrahi serves as of counsel to the firm’s Litigation Department.

His core focus is on the litigation of complex commercial disputes, employment matters, judgment enforcement litigation, and breach of contract actions. He regularly represents businesses and individuals before state and federal courts and arbitration tribunals, where he has secured precedent-setting decisions.

Mr. Mizrahi is regularly recognized for his advocacy by leading industry publications, including the New York Law Journal.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Mizrahi also serves as outside counsel to a variety of hotels, restaurants, and hospitality brands. He provides advisory services on:

• Venture capital investments
• Mergers & acquisitions
• Corporate real-estate matters
• Licensing deals
• Labor & employment issues
• Title III discrimination issues
• Business divorces

Mr. Mizrahi currently serves as an Associate at Levin-Epstein & Associates, P.C., a boutique law firm concentrating on business law and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he was In-House Counsel and Human Resources Manager for a wholesale baking company with global operations in China, South Korea, and the United States. Mr. Mizrahi also cultivated culinary experience and industry insight through work experiences at Morgan’s Hotel Group.

Outside of his law practice. Mr. Mizrahi enjoys traveling and studying foreign languages. Mr. Mizrahi is proficient in Spanish and Farsi.
