Through dedication and hard work, we have established a leading position in U.S.- China legal practice.  We serve clients in a variety of other cross-border and domestic legal matters as well.

With our headquarters in New York City, we support some remote-work opportunities for attorneys and staff.  We are continuing to develop our California and Washington, D.C., offices as well.  Our Firm has established a strategic alliance relationship with more than 25 law firms in mainland China.
