Mr. Wu is the Managing Partner of DGW Kramer. His practices focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, US-inbound and China out-bound investments, capital markets, project finance, real estate and cross-border dispute resolutions.
Mr. Wu worked on a variety of mergers and acquisitions transactions representing acquirors, targets, and financiers, and he regularly counsels a diverse group of clients on transactional matters, including negotiation and formation of partnerships, joint ventures and project consortium, financing transactions in the credit and capital markets, leveraged buyouts, and corporate governance.
Mr. Wu possesses exceptional breadth of knowledge and experience in the areas of infrastructure, energy, transportation, real estate, technology transfer, both domestically and in emerging markets. Having previously served as an executive with a multinational energy company, Mr. Wu has hands-on experience applying legal skills in a diverse business environment and adds significant value to clients’ engagements oversea.
In addition to practicing law, Mr. Wu serves as a consultant to the International Law Institute in Washington DC, and he is an adjunct law professor with the Southwest University of Political Science and Law.
