Biography

Mr. Rongping Wu is the Managing Partner of DGW Kramer LLP.  Mr. Wu’s practices focus on cross-border litigation, judgment enforcement, asset recovery, U.S. inbound and China out-bound investments, and real estate. Mr. Wu has been representing clients in litigation matters for over 15 years.

Mr. Wu specializes in multi-jurisdictional proceedings and high-stake litigation matters. He has overseen and worked with teams of professionals in Mainland China, Hong Kong, the British Virginia Islands, New Zealand and other jurisdictions to trace and recover assets. Mr. Wu has substantial experience in fraud investigations, interim remedies, 28 U.S.C. § 1782 discovery, domestication of international arbitral award and judgment, and he has hands-on experience dealing with complex cross-border insolvency.

Mr. Wu possesses a breadth of knowledge and experience in infrastructure, energy, real estate, and education industries, and he regularly counsels a diverse group of clients on litigation and transactional matters in these sectors, both domestically and in emerging markets.

In addition to practicing law, Mr. Wu serves as a consultant to the International Law Institute in Washington DC, and he is an adjunct law professor with the Southwest University of Political Science and Law.
