DGW Kramer LLP successfully obtained the dismissal of a putative class action against our client who is a restaurant chain owner and entrepreneur in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. The Court agreed with our arguments that the plaintiff lacked standing, citing insufficient allegations of harm and no plausible intent to return to the restaurant’s website.
