DGW Kramer Filed An Amicus Curiae Brief To The U.S. Supreme Court

On behalf of seven highly-regarded Chinese arbitrators and legal scholars, DGW Kramer LLP has filed an amicus curiae brief to the U.S. Supreme Court on the issue of applying Section 1782 discovery to private arbitration.  The attorneys on the brief are Katie Burghardt Kramer and Rongping (Larry) Wu.  The amici curiae support the position of the respondents in the matter of Servotronics, Inc. v. Rolls-Royce, PLC, et al., Case No. 20-794.  The amicus brief provides practical guidance to the Supreme Court regarding international arbitration proceedings, particularly from a China-based perspective.  Amicus briefs offer valuable perspective to the appellate courts in deciding complex issues.

A copy of the amicus brief is available here.
