In this poignant feature titled “No longer suffering in silence: Asian Americans denied tech leadership roles go to court,” Huynh shared his firsthand experience of unfair treatment, including being denied a salary increase after promotion, swiftly demoted, and ultimately facing termination after raising concerns with the human resources department.

Jacob Chen of DGW Kramer is representing Mr. Ben Huynh in his lawsuit against Coda Inc. in the matter of Huynh v. Coda, Inc. Civil Action No. 1:23-cv-04849.
